Operating principles
We own what we build
Every product in the portfolio is ours end to end — designed, built, operated and supported by the same company. Nothing is a white-labelled reseller arrangement.
Design the system, then write it
The states, the boundaries and the failure cases get decided deliberately. Most of the cost of software lands after launch, and that is where careless design is paid for.
Practical over impressive
Our products are used during real work, often on a phone, often by someone in a hurry. That constraint decides more than any trend does.
Records that survive scrutiny
Where a product touches money, compliance or an obligation between parties, it keeps durable records of what happened — because eventually somebody needs to establish exactly that.
Maintainable infrastructure
We run what we ship. Systems are built so a small team can keep them healthy for years, not so they demo well once.
