This notice covers the Waste Logics corporate website at wastelogics.my. It does not cover our products — each publishes its own terms.
Scope
The organisation responsible for this website is Waste Logics Sdn. Bhd.
This is an informational website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no payments. Nothing you read here is personalised, and nothing about your visit is used to build a profile of you.
What this website does not do
- It uses no analytics or measurement service.
- It uses no advertising, remarketing or social tracking pixels.
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser for its own purposes.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party services — every page renders from this site alone.
Hosting and server logs
Serving a website necessarily involves the hosting infrastructure receiving a request from your device. Ordinary technical logs — such as an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp and a browser user-agent string — may be processed by that infrastructure to deliver pages, keep the service available and protect it from abuse. These are the routine operational and security records any web host keeps; they are not used to identify individual visitors or to market to them.
If you contact us
If you write to us at hello@wastelogics.my, or message the number published on our contact page, we process what you send in order to read and answer it, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose or for our own records of the exchange. We do not use your message to market to you.
Our products
Waste Logics operates several products, and each one is a separate service with its own privacy terms covering the information that product needs. Those terms — not this notice — govern your use of any of them. Nothing you do on a product is visible to this website, and nothing here is shared with them.

Your requests
If you want to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern about how it has been handled, write to hello@wastelogics.my and say what you are asking for. Requests about the MrSampah™ platform are handled under that platform's terms.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page. We do not notify visitors of changes individually, because this website holds no contact details for them.
